Vero Beach Title Associates, LLC d/b/a Lawyers Title Agency is an agent of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and our title insurance underwriter is Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.  We are a full- service title and escrow company that closes sales and refinances for residential and commercial properties.  We primarily handle transactions in Indian River and St. Lucie Counties, but can do transactions anywhere in the State of Florida.  Lawyers Title Agency has been recognized as one of the top agents in the past several years.
